Dr. Scott holds the Herman Brown Chair and is a Professor of Political Science at Texas Christian University. He previously served as Department Head at Oklahoma State University, and as Department Chair at Indiana State University and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In addition to this administrative experience at several universities, Dr. Scott is a highly accomplished scholar, specializing in foreign policy analysis, and specifically American foreign policy.
