4th Annual Jamison Lecture “Women on the Rise: Reflections on the 2018 Election”

The Department of History and Political Science and the Jamison Lecture Committee is proud to announce this year's Jamison Lecture "Women on the Rise: Reflections on the 2018 Election" featuring our speakers Rep. Kay Granger (R) Texas Congressional District 12 and Rep. Sylvia Garcia (D) Texas Congressional District 29. The event will be moderated by Dr. Jennifer Lawless, Commonwealth Professor of Politics at the University of Virginia and co-author of the book "Women on the Run: Gender, Media, and Political Campaigns in a Polarized Era."

The Jamison Lecture will be held on Thursday, March 21 at 7 pm in the Margo Jones Performance Hall, TWU, and is free and open to the public.
