To be eligible for consideration, an applicant for the Frank Feigert Scholarship must possess the following characteristics:

• Will have completed 21 undergraduate hours in political science with a GPA of at least 3.5 in the major and overall and have completed 90 hours total by the time of the award. At least 12 of the political science hours will have been taken at the University of North Texas;
• Maintain full time enrollment at the University, unless the student has fewer than twice the number of semester hours required to be full time remaining in his/her degree program.
