Dr. James Meernik of UNT's own Department of Political Science will be speaking on "The New Cold War?" at UNT on the Square, Wednesday, March 25 at 7 PM. Light refreshments will be served. The lecture will consider whether Russian Prime Minister Putin represents a threat to global democracy.
