Checklist for Graduate Student Travel Application to Professional Conferences

In order to be considered for conference funding from the Department of Political Science, graduate students must submit the following materials. All of these materials must be submitted electronically to the Graduate Advisor.

  • Completed Graduate Student Application for Workbook Funds for Professional Conference Travel
  • Completed application for either a
    • Graduate Student Support Grant from the College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences OR
    • Graduate Student Travel Grant from the Toulouse School of Graduate Studies
  • Electronic letter of support from the major professor on student's advisory committee
  • Electronic copy of current curriculum vitae
